RETURNS

KAY PIER CREATIVE will accept returned items up to 30 days after purchase. Custom orders are nonrefundable. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. All items are carefully inspected for faults before shipping. Customer must pay for return shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by a member of KAY PIER CREATIVE. Your refund will not be processed until the product has been received by KAY PIER CREATIVE. KAY PIER CREATIVE may refuse refund if product does not meet the return requirements.
